Outstanding beer with the age on it, one bottle left after this

Geil ;)

It's now 5 years old, and so round and smooth, with a pleasant taste of raisins.

5 years in the cellar has left this beer smooth, deep, and balanced. No booziness or sharp edges.

Bottled 5.25 years ago. Getting heavy Carmel. It's tasting like a Barley wine. Very nice too bad about the high ABV but it does hide it well still

Sad that this is my last one. Has aged like a fine wine.

5 outta 5 for me. Sweet bourbon, maple syrup, hickory wood, candy caramel and molasses.

Wow. This has turned into the most delicious candy. Butterscotch, Golden Raisin, Rum (weird right?)

Our last bottle of this delicious old ale. Drinks like a barley wine, lots of toffee and sweetness from the molasses, not a strong maple flavor, I think it dropped out with aging. The bourbon barrel is really smooth and complementary.
