Stoutkalendern 23: dan före dan bjuder på en barell aged wee heavy istället för stout. Har hittills inte blivit besviken på founders. Mycket bourbon, smörig och mjuk. Är du sugen på whiskey är det bara köra!

Had this with Christmas dinner tonight. Tasted great albeit maybe a bit young; they were bottled last month. Got a four-pack of these. Looking forward to seeing how the others age.

Damn you Founders! Another amazing unique beer. The barrel makes all the difference but this is excellent. Complex as hell but so darned tasty!

From 10/20 bottling run. Doing some hate drinking from these bastards. I do appreciate Bottlecraft playing Japanese Breakfast for me while visiting the store.

I'm not getting the Scottish ale. Tastes more like a barrel aged stout to me. A very good stout. Full mouthfeel. Delightful.

Bottled on 12.17.20. This is ridiculously good and better than I remember and I remembered liking it a lot.

The 2020 version of the bastard that got me hooked on barrel aged beers, thus taking a bigger bite out of my booze bucks. He's still a bastard.

One resolution of mine is to start using this app again. Starting the last 2020 evening with ale aged in bourbon barrels.
