Beautiful complex, subtly sweet beer. Bourbon heat is minimal but is balanced by a vortex of coffee, fudge and maple syrup. Bottled 10/20 and gets even more complex as it warms. Love the little age it has. I first had this brand new and it’s gotten better

Quite good. A marked improvement over the merely above average KBS. A lot of chocolate, but everything on the bottle does come back in the flavor. Light on the barrel, but that's fine with me.

HOLY SHEEEEEEEET. Proper amazing stout this is. Smells super fudgey. Pours thick and dark. Oodles of dark chocolate and coffee (syrup/cream, not beans), with a boozy espresso-ish finish. Best stout I have had in a looooong time!
