Shared maple pour. Apparently from 2018, butterscotch and vanilla nose, tastes like sweet maple syrup and caramel with enough bourbon present to balance the sweetness but not be overwhelming. Definitely one to savor

Shared amber pour. Smells of bourbon, maple syrup & honey. Taste is big on maple & caramel, nice butterscotch back with big booze lingering at the end. Damn good brew.

Bottled 8/27/18 yet still finding on store shelves... aging well although less boozy.

Well, as the saying goes, we're not here to fuck spiders! Big, brawny, brave and bold. Massive, masculine, moreish maple backed by boozy, brutal & brewtastic bourbon bombastic bliss. Super sweet, solid & thick. 12.7% that doesn't pretend to not exist..

One I forgot to add from last night. I think I like CBS a bit more than this one now. But I’m sure as heck glad I’ve got this in spades!

Oh my. Very excellent old ale. Boozy, vanilla and caramel notes in a semi-sweet viscous beer.

Found a 2018 from Binnys & it’s fantastic. Maple & barrel have cooled way down. 4.65

Such as great barrel-aged ale! Amazing maple and molasses flavors with a great maple bourbon finish. Wonderful and warm.

Maybe a touch too sweet, but VERY enjoyable. I’ll have to grab more of these in the future.
