Ja, deze is lekker. (Meer commentaar is overbodig).

Molasses nose followed by a sweet molasses/brown sugar first impression with some roasty undertones. A slightly sharp, slightly boozy finish. The molasses pretty much overpowers the maple but some bourbon does come through on the end. Very drinkable.

Boozy with prominent molasses, maple and bourbon flavors. Great label art too!

Another 2018. Testing "maybe has another peak". Not v sweet. Maple but otherwise a bit empty but not really thin. Oak is a little sharp. No overt booze. Still some bitterness. Holding up but not improving.

Très maltée, pas mal boozy, sucre assez bien dosé. Heavy stuff, à boire doucement. C’est bon mais pas la découverte du siècle.

Good but this would be much better in winter around a campfire.

This is a strange brew. I get notes of bourbon and molasses. Personally, I get a strong taste of tobacco. Never had that in a beer. Had my first cigar at age 16 with big Seta and we both threw up

Caramel, iets kruidig, vanille, Esdoornsiroop. Zoet. Bourbon. Alcohol.

We are not sure of the year. Nothing printed on the label. No retail tag. Nothing. It tastes old , but not oxidized. Bourbon and hints of mint. Not getting syrup or molasses. It's not bad. Drinkable.

Wel zoetig, maar zeer prima te doen. Glijdt te makkelijk naar binnen voor 12,7%. Je voelt de alcohol wel in je keel en je maag.

Troebel kastanje met romige vieswitte kop. Melasse in de neus. Dik plakkerig mondgevoel. Volzoete body met een bitter zoete (rozijntjes) afdronk.

Sweet medium malts. Well hidden booze. Mostly flat as this is probably over 10 years old. No oxidation. Tasty

2018 vintage. Well it’s seems like this vintage was in its prime in 2020. Now it’s just fusel barrel muddy bourbon notes that hint at apple flavors. Interesting but dropping the rating .50 from 3 years ago.
