Tons of coffee this year. Gonna let others age a bit. But pretty drinkable.

Deep and full of chocolate. Coffee is more subtle but still clearly present. A bit of bourbon, oak and pine even. Fairly hoppy for a stout. A bit less sweet and it would be almost perfect (for me) but it's still thoroughly enjoyable.

First time I have had a fresh KBS in a long time. Definitely drinking really nice. Barrel is faint but the coffee is in your face. Pretty good stuff but I wouldn't buy a full 4 pack of this anymore.

Typical KBS. Chocolaty but not a lot of barrel.

Bottled 22/02/21. A bit too roasted, with alcohol being present. Bitter chocolate and some coffee notes are there too, but not much Bourbon. Mouthfeel is a bit thin. I prefer the 2018 batch that I tasted on draft a week ago at The Local Pub.

Strong coffee, chocolate, light toffee, light bourbon. Med body, creamy, med sweetness, light bitter finish. I preferred the other years. Seems this version is lighter and doesn't have much bourbon compared to other years. Good but not exceptional.

This really isn't much better than the local 6% coffee milk stout I can get at the grocery store.

Deep chestnut, creamy mocha head, thick splotchy lacing; aroma/taste-lots of coffee, chocolate, barrel, bourbon hints; thinnish, but creamy; very dry, strong black coffee-bitter finish. Not as tasty as past IMNSHO.

Eftersläntare från gårdagen. Hade svårt att bedömma den. När jag först tog ut den från kylen smakade den som urkramad kaffesump. Efter någon timme smakade den som en chokladig och mustig espresso martini.
