Pitch black, low carbonation (as usual for KBS). Definitely picking up cinnamon/Christmasy scent. Feels less thick than KBS. Taste is heavy cinnamon/nutmeg, slight sweetness. Not bad but no where as good as straight KBS. WAY OVER PRICED $8.49 for 12oz btl

Bottled 9/2/21 - this tastes like coffee cake or a delicious chocolate muffin for breakfast . Cinnamon is well balanced with all the other flavors. Body is just a tad thin

Wasn’t sure I would like this one given all the different flavors. Definitely a lot going on in this beer. But as Founders does, they balanced the flavors perfectly. Not sure this one would age well though. Prob better to drink fresh

The cinnamon dominates, not much cocoa and almost no vanilla. That said, it is fairly balanced with the coffee bourbon base. The variant is ok, but not as good as the great original. Maple mackinac fudge variant is the best!
