Chocolate and coffee notes along with some bourbon and vanilla. Not the fullness of a stout, but quite good.

This is a dark chocolate delight with a boozy bourbon elements. It reminds of those liquor filled pralines you can get at Leonidas. The finish is bitter and peaty.

Delicious and smooth slow sipper with subtle notes of chocolate, coffee and vanilla in a bourbon-edged brown ale. One of the last Founders beers in my cellar.

Two years later and this is amazing. The coffee, chocolate, and vanilla just power through and bourbon barrel is subtle and delicious.

Forgot to post last night , was delicious I forgot about this one found a four pack in cellar up on the shelf !! Pleasant surprise was great by the fire 🔥 chillin watching deer 🦌 and relaxing watching the sunset 🌅 eating my ginger molasses cookie 🍪🤤

2 year old bottle. I could’ve aged it longer, but fuck it. Last night felt like the right time to drink it. Brown ale aged in bourbon barrels with coffee, chocolate, vanilla and milk sugars. Probably why my stomach is fucked up today. Definitely worth it!

Lijkt veel qua smaken op de KBS, maar alles net iets minder. Iets minder gebrand, iets minder chocolade, iets minder koffie, iets minder barrel. Maar wel heel lekker.

Huele y sabe a chocolate y café. 11 grados que para nada deberían estar catalogados como cerveza.

Zacht, cocktail achtig, Bourbon, coffee, sinaas. Speciaal bier. Alle smaken niet overheersend, blenden mooi. Wel geslaagd.

Doet zijn naam eer aan, erg zacht. Koffie(dik) en chocolade vormen de hoofdtonen met een beetje vanille en dat dan op bourbon vaten. Erg verfijnd en verwarmend.
