Massive chocolate, cacao, sweet, dark roast coffee, subtle bourbon. Hazy, dark brown, small, creamy, beige head. Light bitter. Sweet, dark roast coffee, chocolate, sweet oak, bourbon, molasses, soft carb, full bod. Very nice, rich, deep, complex.

Tons of Chocolate mixed with Vanilla. Has aged great. Alan A. bought a great aged Imperial Brown. Thank you so much buddy ! #newbrewthursday

Chocolate syrup, but then the barrel aged booziness cuts the sweet. Vanilla, raisin. Smooooth.

Not sure I ever had such a wonderful first sip from a bottle pour. Magnificent aging too.

It's pretty good, but nothing special. The most I get from it is a hint of milk chocolate, but I felt the beer could pack more of a punch of the flavors it boasts....maybe in a stout it would've achieved it better.

Aged for a year. Rich flavor of coffee and chocolate. Aging really didn't change much. #PureMichigan

Good one. Massive coffee and chocolate flavours, vanilla works well also. Barrel aged touch. The lactose isnt really an improving element though

That's big! It would be much better during the winter, but it's still pretty impressive

Smells like the Americano I had this morning; all the coffee! The flavor is also full of coffee, as well as cacao, oak, & vanilla, in that order. I can tell the base is brown ale, which is how it blends so well together, but the sweetness is still there.

Found it hiding in the back of the fridge. Still fresh as the day it was bottled. Coffee taste along with barrel aged, mighty fine.

Nice dark brown color. Can tell its barrel aged. Not overpowering at all. Definitely get the coffee smell.
