Purchased at Gott Erhalt's Bier's second birthday. So much vanilla and cocoa on the nose, no cinnamon which doesn't bother me. Abit flat to taste, but infinitely better than the original.

2 yrs old Sept. Now a bit of drop from new & 1 yr old. Holding up rule of Founders dark beers: buy a 4 pack - drink all new or drink one per yr w/ audible not to wait for yr 3 😁! Cheers 🍻 I going to call the audible & drink the last one sooner.

Dark, rich and full with a lot of chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon flavor. Deep and roasted coffee. Wonderful!

1 more day til my staycation. Off for 8 days. Why does work seem to get much busier right before I go on PTO. Everything comes down at once and of course new programs start the week I am off!!!!!

Too sweet, thin. Nowhere near as good as I remembered KBS, although still a decent BA stout.

Dark with a light layer of head. Chocolate bourbon and cinnamon on the nose. Full body with a slightly thin mouthfeel. Tatsy blend of bourbon, chocolate, cinnamon, and smoothing vanilla over a roasty coffee base.

After an additional year of aging, it's lost none of the flavors. Slightly sweet vanilla/cream up from and then tge cinnamon shines, even as a slight cinnamon aftertaste. The aging just made this one smoother than the one I had a year ago.

Such a deep flavor profile. The underlay is all KBS. Rich cocoa and vanilla accents envelop the base. Bitter coffee is dancing in and out. The body is very thin on the palate.

Heerlijk! Dit blijft zo goed. Na 2 jaar op fles komt de kaneel nog heel duidelijk naar voren in geur en smaak. Precies wat je verwacht van KBS veel chocolade, koffie, bourbon burn. Vanille ondertoon maakt het helemaal af.

Lovely fullness, with cacao, bitter chocolate, and vanilla. The problem is, the cinnamon is overpowering, erasing any semblance of balance.
