1-1/2 12oz bottles poured into the Mini-Maßkrug; Bottled 7.25.22. Caramel based, sweet aroma. Textbook amber hue for OG Märzen. Bourbon barrel is very forward, and warming on the way down. Kinda hides a lot of the base beer qualities though. Hmm…

Tasty BBA Märzen! Smooth, rich caramel and toasted malty sweetness, vanilla and a big boozy bourbon punch. It works better than I anticipated, wish I had more now.

Wasn't at all confident that this would work, but it's solid. The barrel is pretty muted.
