It’s no fresh Koz but I get a fair amount of blueberry cold without the sweet Koz beatus punch. No resemblance to the base stout though. Getting some vanilla now that it warmed up.

It’s still good, but I’m not a huge blueberry fan. One of least fav variants though

New KBS variant for the 20 year anniversary of KBS!! Slightly sweet and tart blueberry flavor up front, then some chocolate and slight roasted coffee finish. Better as it warms which seems to take the edge of the tartness.

Very tasty. Didn’t know how I would feel about the blueberry flavor, but it does add a little sweetness to it.

Odd one. Some tartness, some roast, blueberry, light coffee and finishes tart. Interesting.

Taste amazing like the regular KBS, this one just adds some nice blueberry flavor, which is excellent. Taste similar to Lizard of Koz. A boozy dessert beer!

A little overhanded on the blueberry. Chocolatey ganache with coffee.

Too sweet to really be enjoyable. This would be great if it was cut to 1/2 (or even 1/4) strength with regular KBS.

Full-bodied with a balanced, smooth, and warming character. The flavor is a complex combination of creamy chocolate, coffee, blueberry, and a booziness from the bourbon barrel. Although complex and big, it’s quite an approachable beer.

The blueberry slightly overpowers the stout/coffee/barrel aged bourbon taste. Wish it had a little more of a toasty taste. Still very very solid.

usual excellent KBS base. coffee vanilla chocolate oak light 99 all mixed well. blueberry on top is artificial tasting but lightly done. compliments pallete well but doesn’t add anything to it. drop from 425 for weird chemical aftertaste

It is NOT lizard of koz… that is too bad. It is fruity. Helps balance regular KBS. But it is not the Lizard….

The bourbon barrel aging takes a back-seat to the blueberry in this one.

I really wanted to like this one more, but it just didn’t do it for me. I love, blueberries, KBS, but this just isn’t working for me.
