So good. Definitely the taste of Christmas and thanksgiving pie.

Halls Cough drop. What the….. WORST Founders I have had by a lot!

Wegmans had it on sale, $5 for a four pack. Too much spice, dominated everything. Not a lot of barrel character, and sweet. I’ll just hang on to the others and see what happens in some years. Maybe it’ll get better. Barleywines can be so good, not this.

Nice aroma of fresh ginger, but a little too boozy for my preferences. Overall a very tasty and good brew though!

I generally love barleywines, but the ginger overpowers any and everything this else that’s going on. There’s so much ginger, I’m surprised this beer doesn’t have freckles and burn on an overcast day.

I don’t like this one. It’s good for what it is, I guess, but what it ain’t is for me.

smooth , nice balance of spices ( clove , nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger) with a dangerous tasty 12.8% 😋🍻🍻

Ginger and cinnamon and clove with underlying barleywine and booze.

Super ginger, enhanced by the barleywine. Stong, but rather delicious beer.

I really like ginger. (No disrespect to MaryAnn.) And I really like barleywines. This was like a straight shot of ginger root. Perhaps even a little much for me. Glad I tried it though.

I'm not usually a fan of ginger beers, but barrel-age it, and I'm on board. 😉

Good barrel, lots of flavorful spice. Candy corn, cinnamon, nutmeg

Wow…there’s a lot going on here. Lots of ginger and spice. Can’t drink more than one.
