Wow. Big beer! Super complex. Tons of barrel in this one. Dark Chocolate, figs, vanilla, other dark fruits, roasty, bourbon, toffee, etc. Thick coats your mouth and boozy. Excellent beer

This one didn’t cost me $250. It’s not an SA Utopias. It it is pretty awesome.

Thick and black without really any heat. Velvety with cognac and oaked bourbon. Bit of maple, raisin, coffee, dark fruit as well. A ton going on.

I've been sitting on this, and it never gets picked in a bottle share. 🤷‍♂️. Tonight was a WTF not night. Very smooth and hides the 17.3%?!?!?! well. Not much malt, but a good warmth.

Forgot to check in. A bit harsher than I remember the 2021 being, feels like the worst aspects of both beers stuck around after 3 years

Wow, wow, wow. This was a BIG beer. Complex, dark and oh so boozy. It's been in a cellar for all this time and it is STILL a little hot. Definitely a whale of a beer, and I'm so grateful to have experienced it.

Thanks to my friend Blane for sending this. This is dam lovely. Boozy nose. Dark black color, barely any head. Boozy, that burn, the utopias coming through. Decent body, wish it was better though.
