I've been sitting on this, and it never gets picked in a bottle share. 🤷♂️. Tonight was a WTF not night. Very smooth and hides the 17.3%?!?!?! well. Not much malt, but a good warmth.

Wow. Big beer! Super complex. Tons of barrel in this one. Dark Chocolate, figs, vanilla, other dark fruits, roasty, bourbon, toffee, etc. Thick coats your mouth and boozy. Excellent beer

I mean, just so complex. Cherry gives way to chocolate gives way to barrel. The layer of flavor and complexity grows with each sip—tobacco, raisin, coffee. Just a bit harsh on the back end, only reason for the 4.75.

Bourbon & molasses with an oak tannins note. Hints of vanilla with a burnt sugar caramel note. Dark dried fruits with a slight velvety body..roasted espresso with a boozy finish

Found this buried in the fridge while waiting for the tornados to roll through. This has aged well. Figs, raisins, toffy, brown sugar. Quite nice all around.

Stong stout, some baywine flavor. Faint maple and chocolate. Big beer with bigger barrel characteristics.
