Some good old wet dog raisin on the nose. Very sweet, still solid carbonation. Lots of red apple, raisin, light hops on taste. It could maybe go another 6 months. Tastes great after 4 interviews this week

I get letting these age to see it change to a Barleywine, but if given one option, these are best enjoyed fresh to get the full hop experience. Bitterness almost absent. Resinous citrus is all that remains to try and tame the monstrous malt sweetness

Literally nectar from the gods. Crazy sweet and boozy, but it’s balanced so well by the hops. Has layer after layer of flavor where you genuinely have to sit and savor each sip. Rich, nuanced, so so flavorful. Fuckin perfect beer

Странно. Носовский и Ротанович: карамель, сухофрукты, водка, можевельник, хмель, сливки. Смесь хорошего барливайна и ипахи. И это ШЕДЕВР!

Bottles 7/10/2020… very delicious however doesn’t even hardly strike me as an IPA with that initial sip.

Cellared it appropriately and the sacrifice of time has paid off. A great beer 3 years later.
