Toffee, molasses, fig. Still sorta boozy but a smooth and tasty sipper. Couldn't wait much more than the 5 years

The niners were devastated but the beer was elevated. Even better with age. Glad I saved it! Pairs perfectly with stardawg enjoying this snowy day!

Another one for the tradition. Definitely getting smoother as it aged.

In loving memory of Bailey. Been aging for 6 years. Strong alcohol taste. Very hoppy. Still plenty of carbonation.

Been aging this one since April 2017. Boozy as hell. It definitely has a different taste after aging for 6 years

Fall release - side note anyone ever wonder where the phrase “happy as a clam” came from…

Peach, vanilla, honey, pine, hints of a citrus tea. The depth of this is incredible with it being 6 years. Carmel/brown sugar on the back with good (strong) notes of pine. One of my favorite 120s I have had to date.

Just WOW. Ages super super well, this is my favorite beer to age. Sweetens out but balanced, absolutely no burn. Layers and layers of flavor. Did in vertical with 2016 and 2019, and 2017 was my favorite. Has the most flavor, really in its peak form

Infinitely better than when it was fresh! I remember disliking it new, but I had two, so I aged the 2nd. I'm SO sad I didn't keep buying these to age. 6 years is the sweet spot, I guess? Rum raisin, burnt toffee, maybe even a little vanilla and banana?

03/27/2017. Smooth hoppy, malty Beast. 7 years young. Just fantastic.

It's go big or go home night. Massively monstrous brew.

It a barleywine but close at this point. Upping the rating.

I've never aged an ipa this long it's been fridged in the back corner for 7 years. Not surprisingly drinks like a barleywine, and it's delicious. 120 minute is great fresh, but I'm so glad I was able to hide this and have it now!

It’s magic! And three years later, it’s a flat-out barleywine. Burnt sugar, dry, warming, alcoholic.

Found this in the cooler at work, aged incredibly well, essentially transformed into a delicious barleywine.

Tastes fancy. Mature hops with a slight fruit - prune flavor.

Very complex. Had one fresh and aged this one 3 years. Throwback night. Looks like bottled on 3(8)/30/17 A HELL of a lot darker than I remember. Sweet/malty/carmely, thick, still boozy, with a light frui

Cellared for 3 1/2 years. Where did the abv go? Sweet caramel and toffee sauce!

Darker and boozier than I thought it would be after aging 3 years. Reminded of Goose Island BB in a way.

Aged 3 years in keg, the intensity of bitterness has faded, the hips express as earthy and floral with lingering light spice. Overall complex and interesting
