Verassend hoe de krieken nog steeds aanwezig zijn in geur en smaak. Een weinig zuur maakt deze nectar van 1998 tot een verfrissende verrassing. Thx Geert

Fruity (lots of cherries) and soft tartness. Very drinkable for the style.

(2018). Classicone belga che non bevo da una vita, ed è un piacere ritrovarla: le ciliegie emergono subito in bocca, con la componente dolce ad emergere per prima, lasciando velocemente spazio a note acidule ma ben bilanciate. Il finale è pulito e secco.

2018. Dry, bright(er) cherry and a complexity hidden in the obvious. Compared to some other krieks it will not be as sweet and not as spicy. Due to it being oude (old/traditional) I guess.

A wonderful lambic. All the tartness of cherries, and it's perfectly tart, not overpowering and not enough to take out the beer, the oak fodder or the fermentation from the cask. It's pretty damn okay. It's fruity on the nose, mildly pungent on the tast

Acidité modéré à prononcé!! Une explosion de fruit en bouche, la fraicheur de la cerise est vraiment incroyable!! Super rafraichissant! Corps léger, se boit très très bien!!! 😋
