Wow. Phenomenal complex fruity aroma. Passion fruit, pear, strawberry, white grape, grapefruit, floral. Balanced sourness with faint malty sweetness. Minimal acetic. Hint of bitterness. No phenolics. Very different than previous experiences.

2021. A “keg conditioned” like Geuze with a full-bodied taste and signature Geuze Boon sour fruitiness. This new formula presents a taste different to that of the bottled Geuze with less carbonation and a different mouth-feel experience.

Funky/sour, but more restrained than most other gueze varieties I’ve had. A bit more funk, as well. 🇧🇪

Tart orchard fruit nose with a touch of sweetness. Lightly sour with some apple/pear flavor and funk. Nice dry finish.

Servie un peu trop froide. Funky, pomme verte et sésame, un peu acidulée et sucrée, finale sèche. C'est pas la plus goûteuse, mais c'est bien bon!

Funk au amx, en pas intelligent. Funky et rance. Gout prononce msis acide en meme temps puis acerne et "acrid"... not for the fai t of heart. Ca cpgne serieusement, pas pour les neophytes. Non inities s'abstenir sinon renversant.
