Refreshing and nuanced. Overall a very good beer if lacking a bit of depth. High carbonation and quite dry. Slightly on the thin side.

Доволі легкий смак, водянистий. З ламбіків - найбільш смачний для мене. Трішки попсовий норміс смак, тому й зайшов. Кисленько, весело, іскристо

You know this doesn’t get ordered much but gets respect when the bartender gives a “oooh, daaamn” when I order this right out of the gate. Had to check they really had it. Indeed they do, at right temp on a nice clean line. 🇧🇪

Wasn’t that long ago that I was so psyched that Trillium was opening a few blocks from Fenway. Now I drink lambic on tap at fucking Yard House rather than drop $15 on 5 oz of stouts or choke down liquid hop burn. What a world.

Сухо, аккуратная ферма с тонами сена и сушеной травы, минеральность, чуть дерева в послевкусии. Достойно, но просто и прилизанно
