Beer from a hundred year-old cask, yep. The cognac flavor may still be slightly too strong but it’s tasty. Bet it gets better for many years.

OMG! The funk! So amazing! Tart, but sweet. Sharp and effervescent. Apple notes that blend oh so well. Such a wonderful beer! Thanks, Tim!

Pair this with a brie bleu to achieve bliss. Funky, wet hay, light strawberry molasses, dry with a hint of candi sugar.

Depth, oak and funk. Dry leathery boozy warmth in the long finish. Very easy to drink. Beautiful.
