Naso che esprime l'atteso tono acido assieme ad un discreto spirito selvaggio. In bocca l'acido, naturalmente presente, non è mai aggressivo, ed è ben bilanciato dagli off-flavours, rendendo la bevuta molto gradevole ed equilibrata. Il blend è del 2015/16

분 오드 괴즈를 먹고 다음으로 이 괴즈를 먹으니 내 입맛은 식초를 위한 입맛임이 확신되었습니다. 시큼한 맛이 상쾌하고 샴페인같은 화사함 거기에 ipa의 쓴 맛처럼 맛의 균형을 잡는 쿰쿰함/우디함이 물리지 않게 해주어 정말 맛있게 비웠습니다.😀

Wow so much going on. It's got a distinct sour taste which is refreshing and the cognac taste is a nice touch.

Tart sourish. Barrel aged funk. Maybe a little apple like flavor. Kind of odd, but good.
