I’ve let this sit for a few years and it seems like it’s got a bit oxidized. Has a apple cider vinegar note. Extremely dry and mildly tannic. Last beer I’ll be drinking from Mikkeller though.

Une geuze assez classique et efficace. J’ai bien aimé ce côté un peu fruité qui tire vers la pomme. C’est simple et sans fioriture : une Boon légèrement pimpée.
