Clear golden body wirth lively carbonation, balanced sourness and flavors of green apple and grapefruit. Long dry aftertaste finish. The lambics used for the blend aged 1, 2 and 3 years in oak casks.

Sec, moins effervescent que prévu, boisée et pomme verte. Sans être le coup de circuit espéré, 15$ le 750 ml, boon demeure mon rapport qualité prix incontournable du style gueuze.
