Перепробовал. Хорош, бесспорно. Но далеко не лучший бленд Фрэнка Бона, как говорят его сыновья. Мне не хватило комплексности, фанка, артизанальности. Завалился чуть в кислотность без поддержки

Вчера забыл зачекинить. Сеновал в аромате. Во вкусе яркая кислотность без аскорбинки, много сена и травянистости. Сухость и правда мощная, но общий баланс крутой.

Very dry, very grapefruit. Like the last bottle this one is a bit thin and loses carb quickly but I don’t get much of the cheese and mineral I did from that one. It does finish salty.

Big pop of the cork. Muted nose, offering a bit of funk. In the mouth, yellow apple skin and malt/grain. Body is thin, finish is short-lived. I'm not in love with this bottle. Eager to revisit later, though.
