Bottled in Dec 2016. Delightful lambic. Oak forward, mild acidity, a touch of lemon and still perfectly carbonated. Now that I cracked a bottle from my last set, I look forward to tasting the other barrels.

Soft, smooth feel and taste, followed by some brett notes and acidity and rounded out by oakwood. By now I almost expect lambics to overwhelm me with brett and acidic notes, but this subverts it pleasantly with how delicate it is.

So subtle for a lambic, really soft with stone fruit and so much barrel present. It’s like a blend of a farmhouse ale and a lambic. Wow I love this.

Ratebeer 99/58. Монобленд 90 % выдержка в бочках из-под французского красного вина долнины Рона, 10% неблендированный ламбик. Золотистое, близкое к оранжевому, замутненное, белая муссовая большая стойкая пена. В аромате скотный двор, кожа, минеральность

Very light tart aroma. Dark golden, very clear, moderate head. Clean, crisp, tart flavor. Well carbonated. Enjoying listening to Frank Boone describe its production while I drink it!

Mild zuur, bitter. Mooie smaak van appels en een beetje karamel en vanille, appelschil in de afdronk. Perfect in balans. Heel erg lekker!

Oct 18. 375ml bottle. Misty gold. Vibrant fresh floral bretty lambic funk on the nose. Crisp nettley notes on the palate, nice wild floral elements, lemon hints with a splintered woody bitterness. Excellent gueuze.

My first Geuze, never had a single lambic even. Multi layered, very complex as fits the style. Highly carbonated, aroma & initial flavor provides the barnyard funk but the dry finish and tartness is what is left. enjoyed the taste, loved the experience!

Limão, mel, damasco, madeira, leve coentro, acidez perfeitamente equilibrada, finalização limpíssima, essa evoluiu um pouco com o ano extra. Vou tentar guardar a última caixa por um bom tempo agora.

Мокрые тряпки, уксус, сено, мягко как перина. Это пиво это единственный на мой взгляд способ уложить в один текст предыдущие слова и "охуенно".
