Great wild sour smell with the prefect sour must smell. Similar in taste which is so yummy. Into finish. Sour but never acidy.

Pagata 15€, buona ma non troppo. Talmente acida, che il sapore si perde. Difficile mandarla giù. Buon gusto ma non vale la pena, nemmeno a 5€

91, кальвадос. Самый сухой и самый вяжущий. Скотности нет, но резковатый. Вкусно.

Кальвадос. Сухой, куда суше предыдущих двух. Кожа очень выражена в аромате. Древесность. Кальвадоса не нашел.. Но может просто его не пил? Яблоки есть кстати. Может оно?

Boss. Green apple character is boosted by the Calvados cask. 5 years in bottle has given it more than a bit of pokiness and Brett, which I'm loving.

Ah, a wonderful way to start the weekend with a gentle Gueuze Lambic. A light amount of barnyard funkiness but still a decent amount of tartness. Crisp and refreshing!!!

LCI. Wauw, interessant! Veel minder heftig dan ik had verwacht. Helemaal niet super zuur. Frisse appel, geen rauw-op-je-dakBrett maar juist heel elegant.

This one's quite a bit younger than legendary VAT 108 and it kinda shows. Missing that funkiness of the really great Geuzes. Less farmy, mostly green apple and wood.

Still not complex. Dry with LOTS of barrel and apple. Strange bitterness that adds to the.character

Mouth watering tangy goodness. VAT91 is very approachable, would recommend if your not specifically into the funky farm taste.
