Very spritzy for a lambic. Lacks the lingering complexity I would expect for this style but still quite delightful and a bit fruity

Mouth watering tangy goodness. VAT91 is very approachable, would recommend if your not specifically into the funky farm taste.

Still not complex. Dry with LOTS of barrel and apple. Strange bitterness that adds to the.character

This one's quite a bit younger than legendary VAT 108 and it kinda shows. Missing that funkiness of the really great Geuzes. Less farmy, mostly green apple and wood.

Clear blond beer, thin eggshell head. Aroma: tart, farmhouse, fruity esters, slight apricot. Taste: smooth, fruity, dry, wood/oak, low bitterness and astringency. Good carbonation.

Maçã madura, azeite trufado, terra, mofo, tangerina, pêssego, damasco, favo de mel, flores brancas e especiarias. Corpo médio/baixo, acidez mansa e elegante e fim seco. Ótima breja!
