I think I waited slightly too long. Delicious and well balanced with a slight watery finish. Still amazing but not quite as complex as hoped

His Royal Hancurness hancurman
Noses like an oak aged cider. On the pellet: woody and tart. So unlike the 2011 vintage which had a more prominent Bret character.

Wow, the cork may have gotten away from me… fruit, funk, cellar, lemon, tart but not too intense

Exemplar sensacional das Lambic belgas. Mix de safras fantástico. Versão 2012, degustada em 2022. Muito frutado, caprílico, carbonatação e prazer em beber.

Po těch deseti letech krásně zakulacené s dřevěnými tóny (i ve vůni). Kyselost krásně implementována do komplexu chuťového profilu.

Funky e acidez bem suaves. Deixando ela fácil de beber e sem sinal dos 8% de abv. Sabor frutado elegante de maçãs e pêssegos. Caiu muito bem.

Je n'aime pas vraiment la mariage parfait fraîche, mais je viens de découvrir que c'est autre chose vieilli. Un goût de cuir et de fruits, de fine bulles et très peu acide pour une lambic.En conclusion j'aurais aimer en avoir d'autre pour voir l'évolution

Evidente oxidación visual y sutil en nariz. Tremenda evolución, explosión aromática. Un comodín de maridaje; en este caso acompañó una crema de esturión …momento ratatouille!
