First lambic for a while, saved this for a while. Was bloody lovely. Bought in Belgium 2018.

Damn drinkable, not the most complex lambic ever but it is super drinkable. Mellow funk, some orange or tangerine, bit of old wood, grass. Moderate acidity. Solid.

Dug this out of the garage after tucking it away for 5 years or so. Tasting nice and crisp and refreshing. Green apple and a little funk.

La meilleure oude geuze boon que j'ai bue Ă date. Peut-ĂȘtre que c'est l'Ăąge mais la complexitĂ© est au rendez-vous. Une mineralitĂ© bien prĂ©sente qui amĂšne une belle puretĂ©. Au nez j'Ă©tais dĂ©jĂ convaincu, il y a pas mal de funk la dedans, aciditĂ© parfaite.
