2013年的酒，2022年10月7日开瓶饮用，9年时光，已将酸逐渐退去 名字非常好听，美好姻缘，国庆期间开也算是庆祝我们国庆结婚一周年啦~ 老婆不喝酒，跟好友一起分享！ 开瓶气很足，瓶塞嘭的干脆利落，闻香酵母野菌香气十足，倒入杯中，颜色呈琥铂色，泡沫从杯底涌上来，形成白色泡沫非常优雅，红叔一直认为“倒酸啤是一件非常优雅有仪式感的事情”。 入口酸非常柔和，馥郁的酸中带着果甜，时间和酵母将酸调教的非常柔顺，并赋予这瓶酒很细腻的口感，收口干很高水准。

10 ans plus tard, je l'ai pas bu fresh mais je peux dire que ça tiens la route en masse! Chevalin, pas beaucoup d'acidité, cuir, vraiment intéressant !
