Bis 2036 wollte ich nicht warten, aber es ist auch bereits heute sehr interessant.

The cherry is more subtle now, less funky and dryly than the gueuze. Funny, I preferred more the gueuze actually.

spice from the cherries leaves you jovial and content. balanced and not overwhelmingly sweet.

Подвыдохся уже, через корковую пробку нормальный такой газообмен идет, что пиву не на пользу.

Sweet (then tart) cherries, over a nicely funky (& slightly oakey) lambic… yum!!! A wonderful late-evening beverage!

Droog, mooi zuur. Gaat prima bij entrecote met chimichuri.

Less sweet than recent ones, more acidic, slightly more vinegar, still a good dose of cherry! Glad I was able to try that !

Cherries. Cherries everywhere. On the nose, on the palette, all cherries. Delicious.

You have to like the funky kriek beers, but if you do this is good. Dry funky cherry flavor with a tart finish. A great beer to experience and enjoy.

Donnerstagabend darf's bei mir auch mal ein 2014er sein. Haltbar bis 2031 😅 Man schmeckt das Alter... Trocken, sauer, reife Kirsche. Mir schmeckt sowas ja, aber schon was anderes 😁

Nose is musty, wood, maraschino cherry, red apple. Tart cherry, raspberry, Dr. Pepper taste up front. Wood character & mild tartness comes in and lingers through the finish. Lots of tannins in the back.

Pretty tasty, even with the age, might of lost a bit but nice, flavor and aroma aided with some swirling and warmup

Still retains some of the tartness and hasn't lost any fruit flavour. Nice stuff, even 8 years on.

Delightful kriek sour, cherries still jump out after 8 years in the bottle. Quality brewing. Faint oak notes.

Last time I had this beer (at least the 2014) was in Copenhagen on our honeymoon. Today is our 4 year anniversary. Seems fitting. All natural brett funky tartness with some mild fruity sweetness. Cheers.

2017-03-02, 375ml bottled 2015-05-13, 2014 harvest, so this bottle is almost 2 years old, stored in a controlled large beer cave. Imported by L'Office des Grands Crus. Pour clear ruby red with a nice sparkling bubble foams.

4.10. Good structure. Less fruitiness. Not juicy. More bitterness and tannins. Less nose.
