Délicate, cerise à l’état pur entre acidité joviale et douceur gourmande. Impression de compotée sur tapis céréalier presque crémeux. Finesse et en équilibre, sublimation du fruit, manque un peu l’expression du bois en bouche (en nez touche vanille).

Dusty, funky, fruity scent, tart full on cherry taste, bitter almond finish. Nice.

Терпко, вишнёво, косточково-танинно, немного бреттово. Больше диких нот, чем в обычных буновских криках, гармония от этого, как кажется, только выигрывает. Хорошая вишнёвая кислотность с не менее хорошими дикими дрожжами – кисло, вкусно. 4.1.

Erg licht en fruitig, niet te zuur. Had hem dinsdag met die helse 37 graden waarschijnlijk een 5.0 gegeven, want volgens mij is deze een perfect wegdrinkertje op een warme zomerdag.

Sauerkirsch! Sour, slightly bitter, subdued sweetness, with a very authentic cherry flavor, hints of something cinnamon-y in the end. Pretty damn good!

Bottom of the keg. Funky, oaky and ripe cherry aromas. Taste is rich and this ripe cherry flavours with funky, biscuity and oaky astringency. Smooth mouthfeel with a dry, gentle astringent tartness.

Немного ликёрно-бражечный крик, послевкусие в косточку. И так неплохо, а с крантика ещё лучше.
