Super oaky and wine-like. Earthy and barnyardy flavors strong character. Acidic like a bastard and full on green apple flavors. Magnificently rounded. Last will and testament of my Teku which I broke even before I finished the beer.

Yes yes yes. Vinous, woody, rich, dry, tart. Perfect pairing with pan-fried mackerel, rhubarb, spinach and potato.

3rd of the set: Immediate tartness combined with a fruity body and a phenolic aftertaste. A lot more straightforward than 91 and 108, but also a fair bit less complex.

Lagret hos #verdensbestepol i over 2 år! Mindre vinøs enn vat 92, men betydelig mer syrlig, oksidert, og funky. Fruktig med alle de syrlige fruktene. Artig å smake hvordan de forskjellige fatene utvikler seg over tid!
