Lagret hos #verdensbestepol i over 2 år! Her har det blitt ganske vinøs med mineralsk hvitvin i førersetet. Sitron, lime, eple, mye eik, fersken, grapefrukt, funk, horseblanket, peanøttskall, en hint av røyk, brød/strå, osv, osv!

This is an amazing, Belgian-y delight! The fruity and oaky flavors are amazingly blended. I’d drink this over champagne any day!

Excellent gueuze. Love these earthy, funky brews. The single vat varieties are always interesting. The influence of the wood is clear. The hint of smokiness adds complexity. Really enjoyed.

This tastes like geuze I remember from 25-30 years ago - less refined, and more obviously a product of untamed microbes.

Aged really nicely. Funky, dry, with a sry bitter finish. Also can’t beat getting it for 10 bucks

N: crushed apples, old peach, decomposing oak, gentle funk, earthy. M: barely tart, very juicy, delicate woody earthy spices.

Really complex and interesting. Oak and stone fruit. Not really sure if I'm supposed to check it in as this or the normal one but it's the 2016 so here we are.

Охуенно,кислота совсем легкая, впррчем, как и терпкость, что вкупе с чистым вкусовым прфилем дает развернутся во всю приятной фруктовой сладости

Из трех которые поробовал этот понравился больше всего, аромат более интенсивный в отличие от 91, вкус мягкий почти без кислотности и без уксуса.

Soft acidity, slightly more bitterness than acidity actually, and stronger Oakey tannins than the other blends. Hint of smokiness and iodine, Coriander, hint of white pepper. Really refreshing and refined. Like always, Boon monoblends are the best ❤️

Far drier and less fruity than the 91 - very drinkable, good with food.
