Soft and smooth mouthfeel. Very zesty. Lemon and bitterness. Herbal. Fruity, bit bitter aftertaste. Rich and clean palate. Great blend, nice complexity.

Zoete appel en citrus (citroenzeste). Eik. Stevige carbonatie. Mild zuur, fruitig (zoet) en dominante bitterheid. Goed!

A beautiful traditional Belgian classic. This beer has barrel aged for 4,5 years and was bottled 2 years ago. It's woody, there are sour apples and a bit tart, a tiny bit bitter.
