Funk and wet carpet up front, cidrous, more funk and malts, then a dry clean sour finish. With more age this would be great.

One of my favorite beer (concepts, culture, taste, etc…). Clear blonde color. Hay, apricot, vinegar, spice, wood, vanilla, very complexed. Strong tartness, mild bitterness, no sweetness. Very strong carbonation, medium body. Excellent!

Absolutely would not recommend carrying this around in a backpack all day, and then touching the cage in the evening. Sounded like a shotgun. Definitely sit on this 4-5 years if not more. So much carbonation. Otherwise nice funk

Nog veel animo in de fles wat resulteert in een serieuze schuimkraag en sprankelend mondgevoel. Matig zuurke, groene appels, maar ook een klein zoet kantje.

Nr. O - Heeft meer fris fruitig groene appel, wat lambiek ... blijft wat meer hangen.
