Lambic - Gueuze

This Oude Geuze is a one-time edition created by Frank Boon and was bottled on April 29, 2019. For this geuze, Frank Boon blended a two-year aged lambic form a brand-new oak foeder (N°83, third filling) with a three-year aged lambic from the oldest foeder (N°79). 'Apogee' means 'the highlight' or 'icing on the cake'.

Het op een na duurste biertje in dit etablissement. Reuk; zeepsop? Smaak ; sterk zurig maar zeker niet TE….. absoluut een lekkertje. Is ie het waard? Misschien, maar ga ‘m niet elke week bestellen.
