N°10824, разлито в бутылки в марте 2019-го, бленд двух ламбиков от Франка. Ароматика от Boon, вкус от нежноперсикового до прогревшегося грецкого ореха с землистой долей кислотности. Академический баланс. Очень мало от узнаваемого Boon. Высокий класс.

Wow! Grapefruit en appel in de geur. Mooi zuur en funky. Mooie balans tussen zoet, zuur en bitter. Lichte vanillesmaak. Appel en citrus in de smaak. Vol en dik, bijna vet 😄.

Best geuze from Boon yet? Very dry, clean, green apple, and delicate touches of vanilla and wood of the new barrel involved. A true celebration of the retirement of Frank Boon.
