Canned 11May22. Fatigued and marmaladey. Too bad, we're way late on this one...

Canned 8Sep22. Better than last year, but still bit rough around the edges. Caramelly malts with piney bitterness in finish.

Light bourbon nose, smooth mouthfeel even if bit hot. Chocolate, coffee, bourbon, vanilla, cinnamon, licorice and light coconut.

Canned 31Oct22. The curaçao orange adds an odd perfumy touch. Juicy with orange, pineapple, grapefruit and herbal notes. Not loving the curaçao...

Malty, bit caramelly, with sweet wort. Slight bitter finish with peach and spices, then some orange, pine and grapefruit. Got that light tart non-alco touch to it, and a somewhat yeasty vibe to it, but still nice for a non-alco...

Flavorful for the abv, probably because of the heavy roast (especially for style) flanked by fruitier notes. Coffee, chocolate, syrup, dried fruits, caramel and dark bread. Finish has a roasty type of bitterness with spices, where the ashy roast lingers.

Más Agave Premium Hard Seltzer Lime
Would have hoped for more refreshing lime notes...

Canned 3May22? Juicy with mango, peach, orange and grapefruit. Soft and smooth.

Malty with a bready and caramelly base, finish is citrusy, piney and herbal with a slight bitterness.

Really nice cherry and almond vanilla ice cream vibe to it. Bit sweet with balanced tartness and low salinity.

Canned 4Aug22. When being a member of the beer club of a brewery, you would expect to get the freshest releases. Not with Mikkeller, you get it like 3 months later. Customer service ✌️ On the other hand, guessing it wouldn't have mattered if in August 😏

Mikkeller XMAS Vienna Lager Classic
Not as good as To Øls 45 Days of Vienna. Far from as smooth and deep, plus a somewhat sharp finish.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2022)
Been a while now, so about time to revisit this classic. Heavy on the roast with coffee, dark chocolate, vanilla, spices and caramel. Barrel notes are toned down with light bourbon notes only, more of vanilla and oak. Warming. Old school BBA impy simply

So, what if adding a vintage Bastard into the equation, would that make a difference? Nope, not here, this bottle is surely off, must be something wrong with it. Got a sour vinegar note to it, killing most of the barrel drenched maltiness. What a shame...

Malty with big bourbon barrel notes, but still not as much as I remember. Memories say it was even more unbalanced before 😆 Toasted oak notes are huge, with vanilla and bourbon. Smooth maltiness with toffee, dried fruits, chocolate and syrup. Warming

Boozy and vinous with an odd floral touch. Honey, white grapes, oak, vanilla, spices and caramel

Canned 9May22. Very citric touch with grapefruit, lime and lemongrass.

Canned 9Aug22. Malty with a citric finish. Cracker base carrying grapefruit, citrus and very light pine. Some bitterness in finish

Canned 20Jul22. Juicy and soft with notes of orange, passionfruit, grapefruit and pineapple. Slight bitter finish with a hint of chalkiness, would have nice taste back in July or early August...

Lunch beer @work. Red as the dragon itself, yet lacking the power of said being... Lemony tart with a raspberry touch. Finish dries out and reveals a pear like note. Unfortunately it's got that non-alco touch with (light) wort and that sour dishrag vibe

Dark bready with pumpernickel, crispbread, dried fruits, nuts and chocolate. Light roasty with herbal notes and light bitterness. Not spot on Dunkel, more like the Dark Lager (Danish style) the scanned barcode was linked to...

Crisp and citrusy with a wit yeasty touch. Light and easy going spiciness. Better than I remember it to be, just a fave style (or perhaps crossover) for me...

Nice mouthfeel for a session, with a fair amount of sweetness for bigger than it is feel. Still bit short flavor wise of course. Bit piney with grapefruit, orange and pineapple.

Canned 10May22. Light citric juicy with notes of pineapple, grapefruit and orange. Nice mouthfeel and flavor intensity for a session IPA, even though it does feel like it's on the lighter side of the spectrum. Slight bitterness in finish with a dank touch

Feels much better than the bottle at the mega share in Copenhagen. Or just not the same type of competition here

Canned 7Apr22. Citra orange/grapefruit juice meets some Galaxy rubber. Bit of passionfruit and pineapple. Somewhat smooth, but a tad high carbonation and a zesty bitterness gives it a slightly rougher edge.

Doublebock Frederiksdal Cherries
Perhaps bit more doppelbocky than I remember, but still very much staevnsbær

Not how I remember it from previous batches and bottles... Moldy wet wood, nail polish remover and apple cider vinegar. Some funk and grapefruit beneath that, but not recognizing 50N at all here, bad bottle? Stored cold since buying it...

Ah, Demilich... Listened to Nespithe earlier today. Technical and progressive early 90's death metal. This beer isn't quite the mirror of that, but still a nice hazy and bit earthy juicy song with a long ass title....

Canned 17Mar22. Sweet, juicy with peach, mango, orange and pineapple. Bit hop burny

Lunch beer @work. Balanced tartness with lemon, elderflower, gooseberry and green apples. Wort kept in check, even if still there. Both sweet and sour. Nice non-alco!

Malty with big bready notes and a touch of liquid cornflakes. Light warming and a little citrusy bitterness

Canned 8Feb22. Juicy, but with an odd spicy touch. Malty backbone, bit sweet, with slight marmaladey hops. Peach, mango, orange and grapefruit notes, plus that weird spicy note. Almost menthol like in a way...

Canned 22Dec21. Juicy with peach, orange, grapefruit and mango. Light marmaladey, but suits the flavor profile well.

Canned 15Dec21. Juicy with a marmaladey and bit malt heavy backbone. Peach, herbal notes, pineapple and grapefruit. Finish light spicy and bit piney with some bitterness.

Big rye whisky notes which more or less always work well with impys. However, impy isn't quite up to the match. Like the flavor profile overall that pairs well with the barrel notes, but it feels bit thin and can't quite measure up. Up the base beer abv?

Well, getting a big ol' unclean lines to this one, sour notes, light bretty... Need to revisit, no rating.

Canned 29Nov21. Juicy with both overripe and citric touches. The heavier overripe notes adds peach and mango, while the more refreshing citric notes add grapefruit and orange. Smooth despite the slightly high carbonation.

Canned 12Nov21. Juicy, bit citric, with some earthiness from the hops. Orange, passionfruit, grapefruit and pineapple. Slight zesty finish, some bitterness.

Oily, low carbed, sticky smoothness. Sweet vanilla forward, almost vanillin touch to it. Chocolate saucery; nutty and syrupy. Low on bourbon notes unfortunately. Really nice, but sort of like overdoing it, yet still not getting there...

Deep blue grapey flavor with funk, oak and red wine. Acidic

Finally, a little late, but finally... Unfortunately getting that WC stone vibe from it 😕 Also a spicy touch, like caraway? Odd.

Yule M%&?!&k Bourbon Barrel Aged (2021)
Boozy with the bourbon barrel coming through. Bit too thin, though? Too boozy for my likes, even if nice notes of dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla, bourbon and toasted oak .

Canned 29Oct21. Was back to form at MBCC, but feeling not the same freshness now. Light hop burny. At least not any Sabro this time 👍

Syrupy with lots of vanilla, almost vanillin vibe, without big bourbon notes to back it up. Chocolate, coffee, spices and brown sugar

Not really pulling it together for me, guessing I would like the beers more separately... Like a very fudgy and sweet impy...
Canned 3Aug21. Can't remember enough to compare with the 0.3, but guessing somewhat similar. Juicy and peachy base, with a hint of green hop burn even, but unfortunately with the typical non-alco flavors of sweet wort and that washing up liquid vibe...

Canned 8Aug21. Dry, zesty and soapy. Citric with grapefruit, orange and pineapple

Canned 14Jul21. At first glance, a sour TIPA with Talus doesn't seem like a good idea, and well, it wasn't... Not getting any specific Talus notes, but it's lemony tart with a big, big malty backbone. Low carbonation, near flat. Warming. Not my thing...
