Sour and acidic, bit sulphury, with wood, funk, lemon and a touch of rhubarb

Canned 30Aug21. Heavy, sweet and warming. Too heavy in the backend somehow, quite malty. Juicy with peach, honey, ripe mango, honeydew and orange. Definitely needing a refreshing edge in order for it to work for me...

Canned 26May21. Not sure if altitude is playing tricks on my taste buds? Taste not like I remember and alcohol supposed to be this intruding at 5.5% abv? Citric and bit tart. De Proef characteristics, then grapefruit, pineapple and pine. Some bitterness.

Very earthy beetroot flavor, pretty much spot on. If you like beetroot, then it's perfect!

Bit gunpowdery, bit the hops coming through really nicely. Acidic, dry and bit murky wood, yet brightened by the citrusy notes

Really like the new Cantillon style and artwork. Laidback but nice grape flavor, better than I remember the 2019 to be. Acidic and very dry.

Sort of like a mix of musty blueberries and tart raspberries in the flavor setting. Modern touch making me think of a kettle sour flavoring in a way. Astringent, dry and acidic.

Almost like a raspberry peach vibe to it. Peach melba lambic. Interesting grape variety for sure, with some blue grape notes coming through. Close to 4.50

Soft with low carbonation and less acidity than CLAC! Sweet vibe, rounded taste with raisins, citrus marmalade and vanilla.

Oude Geuze Boon Black Label (2016)
Read recently it's time to pop this one now. Loud pop, but no gusher. High carbonation, funky and very dry. Balanced sour with oak, lemon, green apples and some vanilla. Finish is rather short though, which lets the minerals come through more than needed

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2018)
The flat lambic, not always my best friend so to speak. This one works pretty well though. Bit acidic with a light vinegary note. Funky with a gunpowdery, close to rubbery, vibe. Some sweetness from a grainy cereal touch, yet lemony sour with barrel notes

Amazing how much cloudberries still are left in both aroma and taste. Fine tuned and balanced
