Oude Geuze Goût Américain Stammler
Enjoyed this much more than I expected. Not too aggressively sour. Slight funk.

Nelson Sauvin Brut 2020 Stammler
Aged hops, vineous, cedary, tannins. Oddly satisfying.

Spontanpentadrupleblueberry Stammler
Holy jammy goodness, this blueberry jam on toast. You get that off dry blueberry skin, lingering sweetness and a slight tartness.

Zwanze 2020 - Brettrave Stammler
Most controversial beer of 2020? Earthy and full on beetroot on the nose. On the palate not as beetroot forward but still tons if you‘re not a fan. Its dry and has a low drinkability. herbal and woody undertones. Yeah team „not a fan“ for me.

Easy drinking! For the tick. Not too special, grape forward but lacks identity for me.

Way too young. Its pure fuit juice. I mean just look at the haziness compared to 19,18,17. i love fresh fou foune but it deserves 6months more!

Still one of m favorite beers but damn after trying both Raf‘s and Sam‘s beers a few times these past months its very traditional and simplistic. Once again that‘s not necessarily a bad thing! Adapting the rating tho.

Good but falls off for me completely. Not sure what is wrong with this vintage. Yes more apricot but super tart! Definitely a year by year thing.

This was really good. It lacks the typical apricot forwardness. Some honey and oak.

Better than I remember but still not my beer. Wrong pour, not saying no!

Gueuzestraminer (2011) Stammler
Its good but leaves a bit much on the line. Its grape lambic but the typical Gwürztraminer characteristics are completely missing. Nice old lambic character. Still quite tart and dry.

Check in on 2014 vintage. Very different from the non label 2019. more riesling character. Not necessarily better for me. Both are very enjoyable tho

Camerise Lambic (2020) Stammler
Wrong pour which ended up being very enjoyable. Better than I remember. More fruit forward. Still very dry.

Heavy on the grapes. True hybrid. A bit young. Lemony and grassy. Easy drinking.

I really liked this a lot. Full on fruit juice. Base lambic is missing completely. Totally flat. Mirabelle shines. No oak, no funk. Probably too young. Still a thirst quencher for sure!

Perfect hangover cure. Pistolet américain and 2018 chouke. Citrusy and grassy on the nose. Quite tart. A bit musty and nice oak. Beautiful cantillon Gueuze character. Simple lambic, easy drinking. Sometimes the simplest are the best things! What a weekend

Fuck I wanted to hate this but I love this. For my ex! 😳❤️🙏🏼

Still perfect fresh Nath. Rhubarb on the nose. On the palate a lot of young rosé de gambrinus. 5 more to age.

Kriek 100% Lambic (2008) Stammler
Fully oxidized, flat and super acidic. Still some musty old cherries on the finish but past its prime.

Cantillon Chardonnay (2018) Stammler
Two days in a row, two different check ins. Still phenomenal!

This and chardonnay are just incredible. While young the orange wine notes just pop. Its tannic, dry, medium tart and relatively low in acditiy. Mineraly, and only the lambic is a bit weak. Other wise a real treat. Hopefully Jean releases it soon!

One of the most wonderful beers I‘ve ever had. Confirmed rating.

What a treat even fresh. Jammy rhubarb, slight sweetness. Peppery. Balanced.

Very tasty. Loads of fresh grapes and tannins from the grape skin. Soft, velvety body.

First beer of yet another incredible beer trip and one off my bucket list. Its still very yound and vineous. Soft, tannic, mineraly and not a lot if acidity of funk. Should age nicely

2019 batch. Barrel forward, slighlty buttery. Incredibly smooth. Some oilyness. Tannic and slightly vinegary with a subtle sweetness.
Checking in the unreleased 2020 version which was partially aged in Rum barrels. No rum noticable. Still quite young. Not as sweet or barrel forward.

Lou Pepe Framboise (2012) Stammler
Super acidic, almost too much. Aged raspberries on the nose. On the palate no sweetness. No funk, sour forward! Good but not my beer!

George! Barrel Aged Bourbon Stammler
Bourbon yes. Way too roasty, and bitter. Absurdly bitter. Vanilla on the nose, nothing on the palate. Smooths out as it breathes.
