Quite lactic on the nose and initially aggressive but mellows out nicely on the palate. Moderately high acidity, raspberry seeds and very lively. This was really nice. Thanks Jon

Sweet tart cherry as it's cold, but funkified as it warms up. Gotta love that $29.99 price tag.

Fully oxidized, flat and super acidic. Still some musty old cherries on the finish but past its prime.

Past its prime, still liked it but very acidic with signs of oxydation, the cherry is there and jammy but more in the back, with notes of varnish and stone fruits, bit of almond. Clean funk. Alright but the 2004 De Cam from yesterday aged better.

Œil : rosé/cuivré, col fin. Nez : grosses notes de barriques, cerises, brett bien présent. Bouche : grosse acidité, cerises vieillies, énorme boisé. Belle acidité en longueur. (12 ans d’âge)
