Not the deepest raspberry mikkeller I've had.. an easy drinker but I prefer a bit more depth, fruit and sourness

VLCI. Gorgeous. Deep and rich with a sweet edge. Lots of vanilla and cocoa. Beautiful texture.

Thick, smooth body, up front is all sweet chocolate. Possibly the longest finish that I have experienced, way after o have finished a sip there is a distinct switch to sweet coffee. Interesting one, nice finisher.

It was good but not as tasty as I would’ve hoped. Sweet chocolate taste but dries out quite quickly leaving a bitter finish.

Nutty. Like, super nutty. Macadamia and Brazil nuts. Weird, but not unpleasant!

Beautifully tart, raspberry is more of a background note but lends a touch of juiciness. Would be even better in full-on blazing sunshine!

This has been resting in the pub cellar for three years, and I am sure it has been for the best. Very sour. The elderflower is still apparent, but more a floral after taste. This feels like a great treat.

No doubt it’s a great beer but in comparison to Belgium lambics it’s missing the complexity. Great on the nose, plenty of floral grape flavours on the palette. Bloody good good mikkeller !!!
