Absolutely incredible. Rich, cherry jam. Somewhat less tart than other cherry lambics, more full bodied. Quite the whale here. Leaping into a top 5 beer for me. #BottleConditioned

Thanks Rory M. Always amazing to have an Lou Pepe. Super fresh and savory cherries. Still has very strong aging potential as the body tastes very young. Cherries haven’t developed into cinnamon and spices. Not funky or tart at all. Tasty!

Beauty. First LP for me. Very cherry focused. Just a little tart, with woodiness and light funk in the background. Light bodied and easy drinking, yet intensely flavoured. Felt I got a hint of that cinnamon character that can develop, but pretty subtle.

Pretty much the perfect kriek. Definitely showing some signs of age. Cherry is banging in this with a cinnamon, almond finish

this was AMAZING. a cherry-ness that was mild, yet so impactful. a blend of dry oak, little leather, slight tart with a mix of a smooth sweetness. I preserved this to enjoy at the end of the shift. holy SHIT.

Rich cherry, sweet, mellow acidity, some baking cinnamon.
