Very light flavor and good funk on nose. Unfortunately didn’t age as well as hoped

Super smooth. The age has done this one well. Mellowed, loads of funk, easy to drink , still some carbs. The cork has not survived

Oh man, straight funk, lemon, honey. Not as much character as I anticipated. Beautiful beer. Bringing in 53 proper.

Tasting great with complex notes citrus, apple, peach, pear, vanilla, honey, white wine, vinegar, some musty basement. Balanced mouth-watering acidity with some oak tannins and a hint of sweetness. Great way to end the year. Cheers!
