Aroma- light sourness, funky, musty, woody, fermented tropical fruit. Flat as intended. Palate- apricot skins, dry peaches, building tartness in finish. LCI Cheers Reece

We drinken luxe bier. Niet mijn favoriete biersoort, maar duidelijk goed uitgevoerd. Subtiel zuur. Je kunt het ook als wijn verkopen. Denk ik. Aan een niet-wijnkenner dan.

Bottled in Jan 2016. Lambic 3 yo so from 2015. Flat. Nice example. Tangy and perfect without carbonation.

Celebrating Meatball's birthday with a bottle of Cantillon, as is our tradition - the last remaining bottle from our 2019 trip while Naomi was pregnant. Need to source some more for next year!

Lovely grapefruit flavors, no carbonation, flat, but lovely acidity and really let's you appreciate all the nuances of the lambic, very fun beer, thank you DedicatedToFun

Toujours super sécheresse. Mineralité géniale. Acidité impressionnante, pommes vertes, pêches jaunes, boisé léger. Flat au bout, un peu pesant à force avec l'acidité.

Drier than silica gel in a packet of sandpaper in the Sahara. Funkier than Flea in a funk. But I do get the hype. This is lovely. Thank you so much, Ale Y.!

Can't do the Toer de gueze this year, so this will have to do. Almost flat, funky apple, oaky, dry, spicy, bitter sour finish. Could drink this all day.

Light and crisp, low carbonation. Refined, not really astringent at all. Easy to drink. A pleasure
