A lambic that isn’t an acid bomb. Yes please

That’s stellar stuff. Black current, winey but great lambic character. Wow!

Chestnut barrels… a bit fancy. Really smooth. Sharp and lactic. Really easy drinking. Thanks Paul D.

This is a good beer. Fancy event, small pour. Great to have the opportunity to try this! Plenty of grapes. Unfortunately I got the last of the bottle, but that's ok. Strong tannins coming thru on a soft lovely lambic.

Very lovely, lots of fruit (almost raspberry) flavour, mellowed lambic funk, plenty of dry skins. Altogether very nicely balanced.

Lci. Violette/purple pour, subtle, fine and gentle. No carb. Very vinous but only at 6.5% abv. Dark berries. Tannins.

Real nice, grape pomace in front, slight funk, oak, tannic and delicious! Classic cantillon culture. Bet a few years will make this guy incredible! Edit: had to bump the score, Funk comes out as it opens up, fruit and funk are fantastic together

01/22/2020 Bottle date. Incredibly soft, yet tons of fruit forward flavor. Elegant and earthy, with just enough tannic qualities. Subtle funk on the finish.
