Liquid black mold under the cap. Cork broke in half and became a pain to get out. Cherry pie filling. Jammy.

Cherry jam. Not bright and fresh tasting like 18, but equally fantastic in a different way. Acidity was great too.

That's lovely. Rich cherry, funky, a touch of vanilla. Acidic but not overpowering.

Deep in the forest, picking up the sourest and most puckering black cherries one can find. Rich cherry liqueur, earthy, wet undergrowth and musty. Even after 12 years, the intensity of the fruit has not lost a step.
