Super fresh raspberries, which is crazy ten years on. High carb and very bright. Amazing.

Nov 20 2013 375ml. What a bottle, old school Hommage’esq in the best way. Super seedy raspberry, start to finish. Nose is tart ripe fruit, minor acidity. Flavor sharpens up a touch but is never intrusive, creamy gentle carb, this bottle has decade legs.

Bottle date 27 May 2013, from my first trip to Belgium. 375mL bottle. Immediate pop of big raspberry aroma on cork pull. Fruit is the first big impression on the palate, followed by acidity, and the the lambic cheesy funk. Nearly 8 years old, feels fresh.

Al naso Speziatura legnosa, nota pungente della nduja, in bocca vinoso prevalentemente di botte, liq ciliegia ma fruttato appiattito dal tempo, una piccola nota acetica piacevole chiude la bevuta

Vinoso legnoso predominante,confettuta di ciliegia,lampone già dopo l’apice di freschezza.in bocca bella elegante,sempre più sul legnoso,lampone sempre in fondo ai sentori.in fondo una certa acidità che di cantillon non sentivo da molto.

Hallon och popcorn i doften och smaken. Komplex smak, känns att den är lagrad. Bra klipp i syran. Riktigt gott.
